Refund policy

1. Fees will be charged at time of sign up for a package or you will be unable to book your child into any of our classes

2. The customer's card should be added to their account. If you child attends a class without payment your card will be automatically charged. 

3. Refunds will only be given in circumstances that include a letter from your doctor that states you cannot participate in physical activity. Once you register and purchase a package you are part of the team.

4. Back Street Dance Studios can not be held responsible for any national disasters that result in closures. Eg. Storms/Snow due to bad weather or health pandemics. Classes will only be made up where possible. Fees will not be carried across from one term to another.
